Rafi Wakman's background with a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Found of Rehabilitation of Afghanistan and Foundation for Emergences (RAFE) NGO in Afghanistan – 2000. Since 2002, worked closely with the Relief International (RI) and Indian Company and implemented several projects in Afghanistan.

In 2024: Founder and Executive Director of Canada Relief Hands (CRH) a non-profit organization based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

 

Rafi Wakman possesses outstanding skills and leadership in the non-profit sector. Under his leadership, CRH NGO will make significant contributions to organizing recreation programs, celebrating cultural days, spring activities, seniors programs, immigrants and newcomer services, healthcare and implementing educational programs, youth hub, and opening a new food bank for the people of the community to change their tastes, reduce sadness and hopelessness, bring happiness, success, and positive effects on people's thoughts and wellbeing in Toronto and surrounding areas of Ontario, Canada
